I tend to agree with you in some points, heck Cal and Andrea spent all last year praising Jorge on how fast he made the bike look compared to reality. As for the problems suffered by Rossi, they were just glitches and nothing serious, it just took them longer to figure it out specially the problems with the brake pressure.
I also think Yamaha made a big sacrificed by making that trip, I saw an interview of JL where he himself calls it "sacrifice" since we all know they don't have the same money Honda has. Hopefully it all pays off at the end.
I just can't wait for the actual race in Austin, I hope they use the same layout that F1 and don't shorten it.
