Obviously some of the people here are missing the fact. Kevin was there with Attack Suzuki, as part of their CRT team effort. With a pass that had his name on it. Meaning COTA agreed to having him there, indirectly or not (still allowed access).
It puzzles me how he could get access to the track without credentials? They don't just let anyone walk in!
Come on folks! This is totally COTA trying desperately to make a point, after the fact.
If he was there creating issues for the track thats one thing. But he was there at a CRT teams request, that itself makes his presence legal. I am quite sure there is no rule for the track stating people with lawsuits are not allowed at COTA.
Simply put this is very silly politics. They think they are hurting Kevin, when in fact they are hurting the sport, for the benefit of their pride.
