Bob Why are you incensed? A company that kevin was a part of did have a Promoters Contract with Dorna, but they broke that contract because they could not supply Dorna with proof that he had obtained the rights, licenses and permits to run a Moto GP race event at cota, also they could not provide quarantees that they had the required finance in place to fund the event. It's quite sad really that a lot of people are jumping to Kevin's side just because of what he used to be without even bothering to find out the truth, yes he truly was an outstanding racer, but that does not make him a business man or indeed a circuit designer.
