I'm happy to wait and see what the first event of the season brings. Happy that its all mixed up a bit, and not totally 'business as usual', but the conditions mean that I don't really see this as saying too much. Marquez is down a bit, but my guess is that's the iffy conditions v his lack of seat time on the RCV. Ditto Smith. Cal & Dovi's showing might reflect their greater experience (& the fact that the Duke is far more competitive when the conditions means you don't can't push that last couple of percent), while VR's result has to be a definite confidence-booster, a minor victory over Lorenzo and reflect his vast experience and ability in wet/dry conditions. Those with the biggest concerns remain Spies & Hayden I think - being shown the way by a Rookie and eclipsed by Dovi on the same bike.
