They're all feeling anxious ahead of the opener. If JL has anything extra to be concerned about, it's not just Vale. He's got the strongest DP in recent years on a bike that seems to have a slight edge, if ever so small. MM is a huge unknown and 6 years younger. MM is only going to become more of a pain in the a$$ for everyone. If JL becomes champ this year, it'll push him above CS in terms of GP prowess, simply because he'll have beaten Vale 2x on equal machinery, as well as beating Dani 2x while on slightly lesser machinery. CSs title on the '11 RCV was a given, considering his transition from the defunct Duc to the well rounded RCV. Still, as of now, my order of greatness currently sits as Vale, JL & CS dead even, then Dani. Nicky would be top privateer if he were on an M1 or RCV. Not an attack on anyone. Just my opinion, which everyone is entitled to.
