@CRT "Furthermore, it is Mr. Schwantz who continues to post comments in the media, which in turn causes COTA to react." As I read it, Schwantz went to CotA for testing as part of a CRT team effort. CotA has contracted its track out for the said testing, and the CRT was an authorised attendee. CotA management discovered that Schwantz was there (doing the job he'd accepted) and, for no other reason than bloody-mindedness, demanded that he leave, and threatened to press trespass charges if he stayed. The press picked this up, and naturally, asked a reasonably miffed Schwantz for his reaction. He gave it. CotA subsequently put out a press release which whitewashed the history. Schwantz reacted by pointing to prior, existing documents that support his story. CotA instigated this by kicking out of the test session.
