@ Realist. No offence (& it may just be luck, or that the other series have made some good decisions) but AMA hasn't been a strong series for a while. BSB though has had multiple race winners and great racing. 2013 is looking good on paper too. WSBK 2013 is also far more open with many riders genuinely competitive & with realistic race win potential. Both the above series make MotoGP look rather sad, despite the talent on the bikes, & the fact the bikes are 'prototype'. MotoGP fails to deliver the truly essential elements that great racing requires, & is the premier series in (self-claimed) name only. M2 & M3 also knock MGP out of the park for the spectator. No-one wants to admit it, but MotoGP races are dull.
