I've been saying all along that the T3 bikes are very, very close to the factory bike potential (obvious as the bike was on the front row and held onto the Hondas)." Yes, Cal claiming that they had "nothing new to test" was clearly a smokescreen ( spot the subtle grammatical contradiction). With engine allocations cut from 6 to 5, last years motors would probably not have lasted the whole of 2013. What we don't know is what "phase" the T3 engines are and what "phase" the Works bikes are. To me it makes good sense to give Cal the equipment to hinder the Hondas. I mentioned "team orders" a couple of threads ago. Now, even more than then, I feel that Cal has been told that if VR46 is behind him, let him through. But I don't think Marquez has the same instructions regarding Dani!
