Don-R was the first to suggest that fuel mapping might be different, & RocketR1's info seems to confirm he was on the right track. So, while this doesn't settle anything about CC's personal performance, it does at least confirm that there was a difference between CC & VR's bike - the extra juice allowing VR extra oomph, which assisted in his main straight performance relative to CC & the Honda's (which was evident on camera even though several claimed otherwise - this info seems to bury that). Seems factory Yam did a better job than T3, which of course is to be expected as they have more of everything (tech's, budget, data, equipment)
