@ fastfisheye. I'm with you except I see MGP as 3-tier (HRC/Yam - Satellite & Ducati - CRT's). HRC/Yam only went pneumatic in '08 AFTER Ducati & Stoner shocked them in 2007. HRC assumed it was Desmo Power, couldn't 'copy' Ducati, so went F1 tech, & Yam followed. Now HRC/Yam have such a lead & data that all other Mfr's know that with the test limits they haven't a hope of getting competitive, so won't throw a fortune away so HRC & Yam can make them look rubbish - it'd be commercial suicide. Suzi & Kawa ain't coming back while this situation continues for sure. Bet yr Hse Audi know this too - if things don't change to give them a fair chance, my money is on Ducati being pulled out in another couple of seasons for this reason - they'll spent a fortune to get killed by HRC?Yam with their sorted solutions & Terabytes of set-up data.
