It's interesting. Jorge had a clear run with no traffic, so he could run his lines and his high-corner speeds the Yamaha likes without interference - in effect he had 1 long qualifying session. Chances are that without Traffic, that CC could have run a faster overall race time as well. Question is - IF JL had got a bad start - would HE have been held up like CC was too, or would he have been able to get by the Honda's? Rossi (regardless of fuel map) DID manage to overtake & dispose of the Honda's. So - either JL is worrying too much, OR VR's style and set-up means he can deal with race traffic better perhaps? The next couple of races might reveal some answers!
