Errrmm....because he is on inferior machinery to their's, lacking in acceleration, but faster thro' the corners when the track is clear....but that's where they are in the way and unless he could get past VERY early in the lap and build up a 100 metre + gap they'd still steam past him on the straight anyway. To be where he is is exceptional, he's having to ride on the very edge all of the time just to stay in contention...yes he can post fast laps on a clear track in practice but in traffic with faster bikes he's stuffed.
Exmarshall is bang on, the Neil Spalding is very enlightening but beyond the attention span or comprehension of most on here, much easier to slag folks off with no good reason or insight.
And don't forget Bradl is also on works kit and has tested at Austin, Cal has got a tough job this weekend.
