Jeez, can someone please translate the last post into some form of recognisable language? Seriously, who can blame him leaving? He has been in the job six years and fancies a new, last role before retirement comes. Absolutely nothing wrong in that. Also, I'm sure behinds the scenes that many senior staff are not relishing the German management style & approach that is undoubtedly being imposed. I'm sure others will choose to leave over the coming months. Good luck in your new role DT.
