@ pp916 Seriously dude? You were part of that HUGE discussion that included myself, Tetley, TalentFan, 99 Crystal Ball, and a few others. OF COURSE I know that the engine isn’t the only part. The reason I specified the “engine” in my post today was because of the recent post by Talent Fan (I think!) who had mentioned Neil Spalding’s speculations about Cal’s T3 bike. It was confirmed this weekend that Cal does, in fact, have the same engine as the factory boys (hence my statement), and we already know that the chassis that Cal is running is the same chassis that Rossi and Lorenzo are running despite having a new chassis to implement later in the season. I have NEVER, EVER “denigrated” Cal’s performance. If anything, I have lamented the fact that he has the pace and the package to put that bike on the podium. Criticizing his passing ability and performance under pressure (based on precedent) is a separate issue.
