......But seriously getting beat by a CRT and 44 seconds behind his teammate is an extremely weak showing. I can't remember the last time i've seen a rookie doing so poorly, especially on a bike that is as good as the one he is sitting on. And i wouldn't pay much heed to Julian Ryder's opinion of Smith. His fanboyish swooning over any british riders is painfully obvious. Would Julian have given Marquez such a pat on the back for finishing behind a CRT on his Honda ? I don't bloody think so !!!!! What is hilarious is how the british commentators pretend to be nonpartisan when they are anything but. They offer the most excuses and praise for a job badly done for british riders.
