I also understand Bradl's and Bautista's Honda's to be "Factory specification".
What this means exactly is unclear. Do they have the same level of HRC support? The same parts availability? I expect the Repsol bikes are higher in the pecking order at HRC if that makes sense?
I also understand Simoncelli for example was contracted to HRC directly whereas Aoyama was not. In 2011 I did not consider their bikes comparable. Who Bradl and Bautista are contracted to I would like to know.
This is all a bit of topic being a Crutchlow article, people can disagree all day on what bikes best!
The result is that Crutchlow is performing admirably as top satellite rider on the package available to him whatever that may be.
