you have to prove yourself in this top class right away in order to keep yourself employed.. Cal has had 3 years, but little to show for it in the end other than a handful of podiums and some fast laps. If Dovi is your perpetual bridesmaid, then I would rate Cal behind him. If another factory seat opens up, then Cal should definitely take it and consider himself lucky. I hate how these things have to take place so early in the season. If a rider knows he is going to leave, its got to be taxing mentally. The races are hard enough. Still, these guys are being paid to race motorcycles. How sorry for them can you be?
