Even if they don't get 9 engines, the penalty for using as many as they like will be negligible. They have to start from pit lane when they use the 6th, 7th, 8th etc engine. Unless they're fighting for the championship lead, which I don't expect in their first year back, the impact is almost irrelevant. But I hope they get 9, because MotoGP needs more competition at the front, or it might become MortoGP...
