Hi @ Engineers develop the bike"Yes but the team on the ground set it up, and they have heaps of electronics to set engine mapping, suspension and even Frame, swing arm and front end like fork angle and other to play with. So if your team mate are winning on a bike there is no reason but you and your team could set it up for you to win. This is why the Rossi and JB team are copping some at the moment, they seems to have set up problems that others don't, which is only up to the Ground team and Rider to sort, no one at the factory, this includes Ducati, if one rider can the others should be able to as well.
