Maybe not spectacular and headline-grabbing, but Brad's 9th at Le Mans was pretty decent IMO. The changing conditions and grip levels put people on the floor who's boots the trolls on here reckon Smith isn't good enough to clean, but Brad brought it home and recovered well from a poor start and put in some good laps. I reckon Tech3 will be pretty happy with that performance at this stage.
I'd be happy to see both Tech 3 riders continue to progress, do well and make it tough for anyone to displace them. Right now Pol Espagaro is having a blip while BS & CC are doing it right. Simeon's 2013 performance is putting Smiths 2012 efforts into perspective and in a good light too - Smith murdered Simeon on the Mistral, and Xavier is showing how good he can be on a better bike.
Looking forward to Mugello - there's lots of sub-plots to play out at a great circuit. its been the best MGP season for some time IMO I'm glad to say - lets hope it stays that way.
