I don't get the comments on here about Cal reaching second through luck, did anyone in front of him actually fall off? From what I saw of the race, after a bad start Cal actually started gapping the wonder kid Marquez and caught Rossi (and passed him), and the leading pack. This may have been down to Dovi holding them up a little, and yes he passed Jorge, as many others did, because he was struggling, but every other bike Cal passed was down to race craft, not because they all started dropping like flies in front of him. As for a factory Yam ride, well, that might only happen if Rossi has a bad year and decides to hang up his boots at the end of the year, if Ducati or Suzuki haven't tapped Cal up by then. But this would only be for a year anyway as Yam would draught Pol in for the 2015 season no doubt. Cal and Jorge both appear to like and respect each other, and Jorge was asked on twitter before the Le Mans GP if he could have a word with Yamaha to get some factory parts thrown in C
