It doesn't matter what praise we put on Stoner, and face it, he deserves all of it, his efforts to put the bike higher than it was capable of nearly finished him, both in body and mind. With all his input the bike still only got to 3rd or 4th in the Championship, and of course Nicky still lower.
There was no way Casey was going to continue risking everything on the Ducati and he went to Honda. Rossi and JB found out very quickly what Stoner was giving that bike and to this day can't figure out how he did it.
Has the Ducatis' rideability has improved since Casey left it?.........Nicky thinks it has.
Still only good for 6th place though if every one stays on, no matter who rides it.
