I hope that Hopkins is affiliated with this effort, if not a full-time rider than perhaps a test rider at the very least. I think he still belongs in the GP world in some capacity. Hopefully a year off has been a smart move and is aligned with the re-entry of the Suzuki Moto-GP team. As for Cal I think he would have to def be int he mix here... he has the fire to succeed and this is the only real option for a factory seat. Oh sure there is Ducati, but I will bet the ranch that Suzuki comes straight out with something that is just as good or probably even better right off the bat.
