I think Bautista might have been annoyed also by Iannone cutting in in front of him after turn 1 quite harsh, so he probably wanted to pass him in the chicane. but meanwhile Rossi came on the outside. I understand Bautista's point saying it's hard to see in that corner if there's anyone on the inside, but the fact is that if you look at the helicopter recording, there were at least two more pair of riders that went through that corner in the same position as Rossi and Bautista, without crashing. Besides, these guys are supposed to be professionals, so maybe you should make sure there's no one in the way before you change direction. I'm not a big Rossi fan anymore, but I definitely feel like Bautista should've been more careful here. And as others already said, this is not the first time he's involved in such incidents....
