It is expected that Dani will not win in Mugello, just by looking at the times he did in all Free Practices. It's sheer luck that he made it into pole but that is just for one lap. He knows he could not win but he did his best to keep up, but in the end his tires is gone in the mid race, it's visible that he has front tire problem when he could not keep the line and rear tire problem when he can't exit the corner as fast as lorenzo or Marquez. Marquez is lucky that he stick with Dani from the first lap and able to save his tires but in the end he got too hot and crash. Cal could be second if he was not stuck behind the Ducati in the opening laps cause he has the next best pace after Lorenzo. If Rossi didn't crash, it would have been a Yamaha 1-2-3, that is Lorenzo, Rossi or Cal in 2nd and 3rd.
