Can anyone else see the idiocy being displayed here? 2 blokes crashed, only 1 is being asked to retire. 90 posts on here to bash Rossi, but not 90 posts to praise Jorge, Dani, Cal and Dovi for their good performance. The constant bashing of any rider is abhorrent, no matter who it is. Lighten up guys, there is more to enjoy in MotoGP than hoping for some rider to have a bad race. Despite my being included in a list of 'fanboys' recently, can I raise a point without bias? (in other words I would like to know the answer) The helicopter shot shows that Alvara had already crashed when he collided with Rossi. He claims that he didn't see him, what made him crash? If he hadn't crashed and Rossi wasn't in his way, it looks like he would have ridden straight on to the grass anyway.
