Sounds to my ears like Suzuki is hedging, the other factories have to adapt to the rule changes for next year as well and they aren't taking a year off to do it! And they are already sniffing around for more engines. This doesn't sound like a committed factory effort. IMO they are thinking about entering a production racer like Honda is doing. Something that they can pass a part of the expense on to the teams while still being in the show. This has all the earmarks of a small budget effort from a company in trouble. It's a pity.
