I've said it enough times, but fans generally seem to be too wrapped up in the hype and emotive words like 'factory', 'prototype', 'premier' & 'fastest' while forgetting THE real key words which are 'Racing' and 'Competition'.
All the factory spin/hype nonsense (the first list) mean nothing in a series that doesn't have strong Racing Competition, and the regs of the series have to support and promote this above all. MotoGP does not do this, in fact the opposite.
The drivers for factories like Honda are business, not competition - and business does not want fair competition, it wants NO competition. For Racing, a very strong and a very fair arena for competition is ESSENTIAL. Opposite needs/wants - get it?
For this reason - Factories are DESTRUCTIVE forces in MotoGP, not 'saviours' and not 'essential' like the hype and spin make them out to be.
HRC will IMO dominate the latter part of the season, as their wallet and the regs (silly technical rules) pull them further clear of Yam
