Just by the way he looked on the bike you can tell Rossi will be fighting for wins for the rest of the year, and maybe next year he'll try for the championship. His win on Saturday was, surprisingly for me, a very comfortable win , similar to what Lorenzo did in Barcelona, but starting from 4th. He never came under any real reassure from any other riders and towards the end he still had something more in reserve . Only two weeks ago he couldn't even match the pace of the front runners and now he's leaving them behind. That's a big step with the set up.
There is no way to know if he had won had Lorenzo been fit, but Lorenzo should be back 100% for the second part of the season. Then we'll find out if Rossi can beat him.
