I'm a huge fan of the CRT concept (more the ability to use production components than being able to claim an oponent's engine), and actually agree with removing the claiming rule. I can't see how heading back towards prototype engines is going to be good for costs though. Maybe pre-sealed, homologated package engines are the answer, any manufacturer that wants to participate must make identical engines available for customer teams, make it like F1 I reckon.
