Yes, I 'get' the 'claiming rule' bit. Basically though I think we are on the same page.
My issue is that the 'concept' of reducing the runaway tech and escalating costs with the CRT bikes has now been removed and taken the brakes off. So once again a Mfr can wave the chequebook and buy results.
CRT at inception was (I hoped) a true effort to release the grip the factories had on MotoGP's direction. Instead, it seems it was just a lever to force a better deal out of the factories for the Dorna pound of flesh.
As I say... real racing enthusiasts (be they Fan, Sponsor, Team Owner or Racer - in fact anyone) are watching MotoGP and WSBK being compromised badly - and all cos Dorna are feathering their own nest by being in bed with the factories IMO.
