excessive wheelies, and an ecu map thats not set up for individual corners but for the entire track would limit the amount of development required on this front. If it's never going to work on my bike at home or be of any use when i am out riding then leave it to the nerds in R&D till it does.
3. Sponsorship this would have to be the biggest issue that teams face in wsbk and gp the series organisers are doing OK on this front but teams other than Repsol honda are struglling to pull sponsors. If yamaha factory is struglling to pull sponsors then what hope do smaller teams have. The biggest problems are the costs of travel and the cost of machinery and unless your gonna buy out repsol or monster energy your not gonna have competitive machinery. Hence the technical rules work against the lower budget teams because a group in the top ten never goes three or more wide into a corner let alone ten wide like the old 500cc days.
