I am continually amazed by the number of posters on Crash who consider their opinions to carry more gravity than the opinions of one of the World's top four MotoGP racers.
I am also continually amazed by the numbers of posters on Crash who don't realise that when someone sticks a microphone under a rider's nose and asks for a comment, the rider will not say anything contentious, unless he has a specific purpose such as mind games or an axe to grind. The rest of the time the rider will just give a sound-bite so he can get back to the job in hand without upsetting a myriad of listeners, each with differing preferences..
Try this- at every red light on your way to work each day, try to say something about the journey which you haven't said before, and which will interest the people around you and which will upset no-one, not even the grumpy ones who will scrutinise your every word.
