re: "We are trying to see if Nicky can stay with us in a different role, maybe in MotoGP or maybe in Superbikes” i'd like to think they (audi) read my comment about rossi being in 1st position, nicky being in 2nd position, and NOBODY being in 3rd position when it comes to the US market. all the original ducati employees were prolly saying this all along, none of them required convincing. they've been there, they know how ducati works. pretty easy to see the decision to let him go came from a "stuffed suit", an "outsider".
