I have mixed feelings. I am delighted Cal has got a factory bike and the opportunity of fantastic earnings, but lets look at the other issues, the Ducati may turn out to be a 'poisoned chalice' and Cal may struggle to get even decent results, let alone podiums. I also wish it was a 1 year contract, that way he would have the opportunity of taking Rossi's bike at the end of 2014. 2 year contracts can be a big mistake, Rossi showed us that.
