Well in that case, Kenny Roberts is still safe. By half way through his rookie season, he had 3 wins, 2 2nds and a DNF...from six races. Marc has 3 wins, 2 2nds, 3 thirds and a DNF. KR is in front.
Marc also has Casey Stoner's team, and all his data...not a bad head start...
Regardless, Marc has had a stellar season so far, and props to him, he's riding like a god.
In the last couple of races, his competition was Rossi and Cal. Let's see how he goes when Lorenzo and Pedrosa are back to fitness.
