@Wylie. I'm not sure if he will race Bathurst. I realise 888 have registered a third entry which could be for Stoner, but i'm not sure he will feel confident enough. For those who have bagged his car racing efforts, he has qualified inside the top ten at almost every track he has raced at this year, despite never having raced at most of them. He's had some bad luck and he's put himself in some bad positions on the racetrack and ended up being punted off in the first race, which has meant he's had to fight back throught the pack. When he's had to fight through the pack he's shown he has the speed & racecraft to get back from 28th to 14th or even higher in races that are often only just over ten laps (his last race he went from something like 18th to 5th in 7 laps), so he's done ok. I'd much rather see him race a bike though.
