Not sure how this spiraled into a Rossi v Stoner thread. Is it possible to like them both for diff reasons?
I like Rossi. He took MOTOGP and turned it upside down. Could win and make a party out of it afterward. Made it fun.
I like Stoner too, but he's a racer. He did what no other racer has done before him or after (including Rossi) and that's win consistently on a Duc (10 of 18).
Then again on the Repsol Honda (10 of 18).
The four rules of negotiating a corner.
1) enter slow--exit slow
2) enter slow--exit fast
3) enter fast--exit slow
4) enter really fast --crash
Sylvain Guintoli's comment of having Stoners '07 Ducati data and thinking, "Holy f@!k, Stoner's entering corners so fast, it appears he doesn't want to come out", shows the respect that real racers have for CS.
