In response to an earlier post about Hayden's pace... I pointed out not long ago that only Stoner as a team-mate on the sme bike has humbled Hayden. Not Dovi, not Dani, and no, not even Vale. That suggests that using hayden as a yardstick that there isn't much between the relative speed of VR, AD, DP & by association and correlation JL, and even CC. The evidence indicates that the riders are all fast enough to compete, so logic dictates that the biggest factor then HAS to be the Bike/Team/Conditions the racer rides for (just ask Vale after 2 years on a Ducati!). THIS is why Dorna need to introduce rules that truly level the machinery field. Cos with that done, the racers are all good enough to give us FANTASTIC hard, close RACING, not the spread-out procession that Dorna serve up to keep Mfr's happy first and everyone else a poor second most weekends.
