Waxwing the privateer bike was an RS, it wouldn't be battered his teams bike preparation visually is impecable.
Karel is a very deserving rider, works hard and as many say you don't find your limits without crashing, he has won a GP not easy.
He admits himself that he just cannot get the Aprilia right, he says there is nothing wrong with the bike but he has to adapt, still trying to ride the bike like the Ducati and fire it out the corners but it doesn't work.
Remember if it wasn't for running inot the back of Cruthlow at Valencia he would have beaten Cal to the rookie of the year title. In his first season on an inferior bike regularly was up their with Rossi.
I'm sure if many of you had the money and your son was an accepted rider, (he has a super licence) you would put someone else on the bike. Does anyone think Haslam would have got the Shell ride without his dad after his appalling year in 125? On an Italjet (Engines Engineering) yes but he never improved.
