continued..... new big-budget teams aren't going to sacrifice themselves on the Altar of MotoGP just because we want them to. A new direction (back to the core values of a race series' unique selling point being genuine competition between the best riding talent on fast and competitive equipment) - is essential IMO. As for 'pinnacle of racing'... please get over the fact that it is the technology and the bikes that are supposed to make MotoGP the pinnacle. It ISN'T. It is (supposed to be) because the very best RIDERS in the world get to challenge each other head-to-head and provide the best RACING in the world. Nobody watches Grand Slam Tennis because of which Racquet is best now do they! They watch it for the CONTEST.
