Sponsors are not stupid and pay for the coverage they get, for some companies association is enough, so much more goes on behind the scenes for which Bradley Smith is a shining example and why the bollard Fogarty never got into 500's. I have been at events where riders and F1 drivers are there and you leave with the feeling that they owe everything in life to their sponsors fantastic products. I have been to WSB paddock as a guest and got a cap and a can of beer, something they need to learn.
