re: "I don't have an assurance that we will go to 20 races next year but I completely support that we need to have more races.”
do me a favor, get an assurance of MORE ENGINES and then get back to me...? if we’re stuck at 5...? then that means 1 engine has to last 4 rounds minimum. this also means Yamaha will need time to type a press release announcing their IMMEDIATE withdrawal from grandprix. 24hrs should suffice.
re: "When Argentina and Brazil are knocking on the door and Russia might be interested you can't just say that we have enough races."
oh no...? watch me ponchy.
however (comma) as a WORL' CHAMPEEN for rider’s rights, I will present the idea to the tired/huddled/stitched/titanium plated masses if (and only if) the teams/riders are allowed to pick 2 rounds in which their results can be discarded. in essence, you'll have your 20 rounds, but they'll only be scored on 18. gotta give to get. don't make me UNIONIZE...!
