DP is pissed because he went down and crashed out of the race. That's pretty understandable.
But, if that sensor hadn't had been broke (i.e. Honda had done a better job protecting that sensor - or having one on each side), I doubt DP would even be upset about getting touched if his sensor didn't get knocked out.
If race direction says " We wouldn't even be talking about this if the sensor had not been an issue", well, there's your answer right there. A pissed off Dani Pedrosa can't levy a penalty because he's upset about how things worked out. The case can be made that he was braking too early. And where's Honda's blame in all of this?
This is stupid. And the fact that they even need to consider a penalty still shows how dumb race direction is. And DP is going to look like even more of a cry baby if he pushes for MM to be penalized.
