Warm-up times - Qatar MotoGP.

Full warm-up times from the Qatar Grand Prix, the first round of the 2009 MotoGP World Championship.

Nicky Hayden, who underwent hospital checks after a huge highside in Saturday night's qualifying session, returned to the track during warm-up.

The American - riding battered, bruised and with three stitches in his chest - set the 16th fastest lap time during ten laps and now looks set to make his 100th grand prix start, on his Ducati Marlboro debut, from 16th on the grid in tonight's race.

It is a downpour, like a tropical storm...but this may be good as it may stop completely. They cannot ride with the rain flashing across the flood lights. This is the hold up as no rider ever rode with these conditions. They should go back to day races.
