Mr B, what you know about Stoners set up ability would fit comfortably under an atom. Remember how many team mates Stoner blitzed at Ducati? And do you really think he managed that by just going balls out without any knowledge of how to set the bike up? Fact is while many here would critisize Stoner for the amount of time he spent in the pits he usually had the bike set up better than his teammates come race day, and thats no small feat on the Ducati as Rossi is now finding even with the improved version.

One thing I don't get is the endless speculation about who's the best rider, Pedrosa, Stoner, Lorenzo, Rossi (and possibly Spies and Simo) are all absolutely fantastic riders and can all blitz a lap, set up a bike and manage a race and can all win given the right bike, team, mechanic, track, motivation and luck. It doesn't matter who is 'best', what matters is that they're all on form and up front so that we get some exciting racing.
