Surprised once again! Honda had made great noise last year about their moto3 machine, about its yamaha yz-450 like reversed engine layout & had started its development very early.Pics of the bike was everywere with alex criville making its track debut & with all that hype it seemed honda would lead the way. However, its low key KTM thats looking promising, even the non-factory KTM powered bikes are faster than factory hondas.Great to see an european manufacturer challenge the mighty honda & show them how its done. GO KTM,GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

The impression from Valencia that Honda have work to do is reinforced by these times. The KTM runners are in a range 1:48.4-1:50.4, a mean of 1:49.4. The Honda guys range from 1:49.2-1:52.9. So the quickest KTM rider is 0.8 secs quicker than the quickest Honda and the average Honda rider is 1.65 secs adrift of the average KTM. That's quite a gap.
