Wednesday 3pm MotoGP test times - Sepang II

MotoGP lap times as of 3pm on Wednesday, during day two of the second official Sepang test.
Testing began at 10am and concludes at 6pm, but rain has been falling since 12pm.

Hector Barbera was the first rider to try some wet laps, until he fell from his Pramac Ducati at 1:15pm. Yamaha's Ben Spies plus Avintia team-mates Ivan Silva and Yonny Hernandez then went out on wet weather tyres shortly after 3pm.

Repsol Honda riders Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa - first and second on day one - plus fellow RC213V riders Alvaro Bautista (Gresini) and Stefan Bradl (LCR) have not been on track. The official explanation is yet to be given by HRC.

Karel Abraham (Cardion AB Ducati) withdrew from the test on day one due to pain from shoulder and back injuries sustained at Jerez last week.

The second Sepang test finishes on Thursday evening, after which only one more official test (at Jerez) will remain before the start of the racing season.

So, Ducati corse, what is the excuse today? Rain? No! Your riders had new tyres like everyone and had some one-two hours before the rain. 5. Nicky Hayden 2m1.748s(17/18) 6. Hector Barbera 2m1.989s(12/26) 7. Valentino Rossi 2m2.130s(14/18) 8. Franco Battaini Ducati Test Rider 2m3.566s(14/20) THIS IS PATHETIC!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE DUCATI/IT'S RIDERS? Surely you do not need over 30 laps to get within the leaders' times. The way many people see it is that the fight for podiums will be between The orange and the Blue and white of Yamaha(assuming they do not adopt some other colour) Ducati, shame on you!
