4pm Saturday MotoGP test times - Jerez

MotoGP lap times as of 4pm on day two of the final pre-season test at Jerez.
Testing began at 10am and concludes at 6pm, but wind and rain has severely reduced track activity. After better weather failed to materialise, riders began taking to the track with wet settings from around 2pm.

Ivan Silva and Franco Battaini recorded dry times this morning, before the rain arrived. By contrast, Dani Pedrosa set his best time during a long run in fully wet conditions.

The three-day test marks the first time that the full 21 rider grid, including the nine new CRT entries, have been on track at the same time.

Honda's reigning champion Casey Stoner was fastest at the two previous tests, held in Malaysia, and also on day one in Jerez.

Don't start spamming about the lap times, dweebs! It's a wet track and they're testing. The only time you should ever worry about lap times is during a RACE. That's the only instance where lap times actually MATTER. Cheers.

Wet or dry, Crutchlow is looking fast and consistent. I hope Tech 3 receive lots of support from the factory this year so that they can be close to the pace of the factory riders.
