MOTOGP » San Marino MotoGP, Misano - Friday practice (1)

Full Friday free practice times (1) from the San Marino MotoGP at Misano, round 13 of 18.
Cold and damp conditions meant most manufacturer riders remained in the pits throughout.

Injured reigning MotoGP champion Casey Stoner is being replaced by World Superbike star Jonathan Rea, who is making his grand prix debut this weekend.

Nicky Hayden and Hector Barbera are returning from injury, while David Salom has replaced Ivan Silva for the rest of the season at Avintia.

The Ioda team is switching to a BMW-Suter machine from this weekend.

Why didn't rea came out?
he needs all the time he has on the bike right, even if is cloudy, could be cloudy on race day so....

well maybe its because he's as good as Dani and Jorge so he doesn't need to go out on track.

maybe he now knows the bike realy well after the test
